Okendo Pricing 2026: Every Published Price, and Why They Disagree
Most write-ups say Okendo hides its pricing. That is what the page looks like, because okendo.io/pricing loads with every card reading "Custom pricing" until you pick an order band. Pick one and it publishes a full ladder: the platform, three bundles and all five products, priced to the dollar. Here is every figure from both surfaces, and the one fact that explains why they never match.

The short answer
If you want reviews and nothing else, install from the Shopify App Store and pay $0, $19, $119 or $299 a month depending on whether you do up to 50, 200, 1,500 or 3,500 orders a month.
If you want the whole platform, all five products, go to okendo.io/pricing, pick your order band, and pay $105, $417, $933 or $1,497 a month across those same bands. Above 10,000 orders a month, both surfaces stop and you talk to sales.
The gap between those two ladders is not a contradiction. The App Store price is the price of one product out of five.
Does Okendo publish its pricing?
Yes, and considerably more of it than the category average. The reason so many roundups say otherwise is one design decision. okendo.io/pricing is built around a dropdown labelled "Enter your monthly order volume", and it loads empty. Every price card falls back to the words "Custom pricing" and a "Speak to sales" button while that dropdown has no value, so the first screen a visitor sees, and the screen a screenshot or a scraper captures, is a page with no numbers on it.
Two things compound it. The prices are rendered by JavaScript, so the HTML that arrives before scripts run carries no visible price, which is what most automated tools read. And the top of the five order bands really is quote-only, so a large visitor who picks it concludes, reasonably, that the whole page is. Select any of the other four and the page fills in. Everything below was transcribed that way, band by band, in a real browser on August 25, 2026.
The Shopify App Store prices
These are the figures on the listing for "Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty", which carried 4.9 stars across 1,328 reviews on August 25, 2026 (apps.shopify.com/okendo-reviews). That is a strong record on a large sample and it deserves to be said before any of the pricing commentary below.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Order cap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | n/a | Up to 50 orders/mo |
| Essential | $19 | $204 (save 11%) | Up to 200 orders/mo |
| Growth | $119 | $1,308 (save 8%) | Up to 1,500 orders/mo |
| Power | $299 | $3,288 (save 8%) | Up to 3,500 orders/mo |
All three paid tiers carry a 14-day free trial. The Free plan is permanent rather than a trial, and at up to 50 orders a month it is a real starting point for a new store rather than a token. Read the feature lists on those cards and every one of them is a reviews feature: review request emails, review displays, AI review summaries, a Q&A widget, review campaigns. Hold that thought.
The prices on Okendo's own site
The vendor page sells three ways: the whole platform, three fixed bundles of three products, or any product on its own. The platform card is the headline, and it is priced as five products at 40% off.
| Orders per month | Okendo Platform | List price shown struck through |
|---|---|---|
| 0 to 200 | $105/mo | $175 |
| 201 to 1,500 | $417/mo | $695 |
| 1,501 to 3,500 | $933/mo | $1,555 |
| 3,501 to 10,000 | $1,497/mo | $2,495 |
| 10,001+ | Custom pricing | not shown |
Bought separately, each product has its own ladder. The same page labels those bands Essentials, Growth, Power, Advanced and Enterprise, which is where the App Store plan names come from.
| Product | 0 to 200 | 201 to 1,500 | 1,501 to 3,500 | 3,501 to 10,000 | 10,001+ |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Okendo Reviews | $19 | $119 | $299 | $499 | Custom |
| Okendo Loyalty | $99 | $299 | $699 | $999 | Custom |
| Okendo Quizzes | $19 | $119 | $299 | $499 | Custom |
| Okendo Referrals | $19 | $79 | $129 | $249 | Custom |
| Okendo Surveys | $19 | $79 | $129 | $249 | Custom |
Every figure in that table is a monthly price. Loyalty is the expensive one by a distance, roughly two to three times Reviews at the same order volume, which tracks with it being the product that holds balances, issues rewards and touches the customer account.
Why the two surfaces disagree
Put the two tables next to each other and the answer falls out. Okendo Reviews on the vendor site is $19, $119 and $299 across the first three bands. The App Store's Essential, Growth and Power are $19, $119 and $299 with order caps of 200, 1,500 and 3,500. They are the same ladder, to the dollar and to the order.
So the App Store price is not a starting point or a floor. It is the complete price of one of the five products. And Okendo has exactly one app on the App Store: its developer page lists a single listing (apps.shopify.com/partners/okendo, August 25, 2026).
That matters because the listing is titled "Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty" and promises reviews, loyalty, referrals and quizzes, while the pricing card underneath is the reviews ladder only. At the 1,501 to 3,500 band, Power is $299 a month and adding Loyalty is another $699. The app you install and the platform the listing describes are not the same purchase.
To be fair to Okendo, none of this is concealed: the App Store feature lists are honestly limited to review features, and the vendor page prices Loyalty openly. But neither page says "the price you see here covers one product", and that is the sentence a merchant needs. It is the same failure mode we found on Intelligems' pricing, where a $69 App Store figure and a $2,894 website figure were both true and neither was labelled.
The bundles, and checkable arithmetic
Okendo also sells three bundles of three products each, advertised at "30% less than buying separately". Unusually for this kind of claim, you can check it. The struck-through list price on each bundle card is exactly the sum of its three products at that order band, and the price you pay is exactly 70% of it.
| Bundle contents | 0 to 200 | 201 to 1,500 | 1,501 to 3,500 | 3,501 to 10,000 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reviews + Referrals + Surveys | $40 | $194 | $390 | $698 |
| Reviews + Quizzes + Surveys | $40 | $222 | $509 | $873 |
| Reviews + Loyalty + Surveys | $96 | $348 | $789 | $1,223 |
Take the third row at the 1,501 to 3,500 band. Reviews $299 plus Loyalty $699 plus Surveys $129 is $1,127, which is the struck-through figure on the card, and 70% of $1,127 is $789, which is the price. The platform discount checks the same way: all five products at that band total $1,555, and $933 is exactly 60% of it. A vendor whose advertised discount survives arithmetic is doing better than most.
The bundles are shown as logo images with the alt text "Bundle Logo", so their names are not readable by a screen reader or a search engine. That is why this table identifies them by contents.
Where the published prices stop
Two ceilings, and they are at different heights.
The App Store stops at Power, 3,500 orders a month. Cross that and there is no next plan on the listing at all. The vendor site carries one more published band, 3,501 to 10,000, which it calls Advanced: Reviews $499 a month, the full platform $1,497.
Above 10,000 orders a month both surfaces go dark. Every card on the vendor page reads "Custom pricing" for that band, and a separate tier called Okendo Platform Scale is described only as "No usage caps! Fixed annual price for unlimited orders." No figure is attached to it anywhere, and we are not going to model one. A store at that volume cannot budget Okendo from public sources.
That is a normal place for software pricing to stop. It is worth knowing in advance because the meter is orders, so a store doing 9,000 in a normal month and 14,000 in November crosses the last published line in the month it can least afford a surprise.
The terms that move your number
Three things on Okendo's own billing FAQ change what those prices mean, and all three sit in collapsed accordions at the bottom of the page.
- The platform and bundle prices are annual commitments. Okendo states that "Platform and Bundle subscriptions normally require annual terms" while "individual product subscriptions can be purchased on a monthly subscription or on an annual term". So $933 a month is a year of $933 a month. The single-product prices, including everything on the App Store, are the ones you can leave.
- Going over your order cap is handled, not penalised. Okendo says you can move up a plan level or buy a one-off top-up of order credits, and can upgrade or downgrade at any time. That is better than a hard stop on review requests.
- Some features are add-ons on top of the plan price. The comparison table marks items such as custom email templates and white-labelled domains as "Add-on" on lower tiers, and the FAQ confirms that reaching a single feature from a higher plan is an add-on conversation with sales. No add-on price is published.
There is one more asymmetry worth flagging plainly. Neither a free plan nor a free trial is offered anywhere on okendo.io/pricing. The word "trial" does not appear on that page at all, and its only four uses of "free" are unrelated to pricing: "Free text search", "Free product" and "Free shipping" are loyalty reward types listed in the feature-comparison table, and the fourth sits in an FAQ answer about who owns your review content. The free plan and the 14-day trial exist only on the App Store listing. If you want to evaluate Okendo without booking a demo, the App Store is the only entrance.
Working out your number
- Count your orders at peak, not at average. The bands are hard edges at 200, 1,500, 3,500 and 10,000 orders a month, and your busiest month decides which side of one you land on.
- Name the products you actually need. Reviews on its own is $299 a month at the 1,501 to 3,500 band. All five is $933. If you already run loyalty or email elsewhere, the platform discount is a discount on things you are buying twice.
- Decide the commitment before the price. Monthly on one product, or a year on the platform, is a bigger decision than $19 versus $105. If you are unsure, the single-product route buys you the option to be wrong.
Who it is worth it for
Okendo is worth it if you want reviews done properly and would rather buy loyalty, quizzes and surveys from one vendor than stitch four apps together. A 4.9 rating over 1,328 reviews is not an accident, and the pricing model, once you find the selector, is more legible than most of this category. For a store past a few thousand orders a month with a real repeat-purchase motion, the platform price is defensible.
Start smaller if reviews are the only job you have today. The free tier and the $19 plan exist for that, and social proof is one of the few levers that pays back at low traffic without a powered test to prove it. Buying the platform at 150 orders a month means paying $105 for four products you have no volume to exercise. Our Shopify CRO guide covers the larger leaks to fix first, and it is worth checking your numbers against current conversion benchmarks before you assume reviews are the constraint.
Still building the shortlist rather than the budget? Our roundup of Shopify apps that actually increase sales covers where reviews sit against the other levers.
Disclosure, since it belongs on a page about someone else's prices: we are building StorePilot AI, a CRO tool for Shopify. It is not on the Shopify App Store and cannot be installed today, and it does not do reviews or loyalty, so it is not an alternative to anything on this page.
Questions merchants keep asking
- How much does Okendo cost?
- It depends which of the five products you buy and how many orders a month you do. On the Shopify App Store the ladder runs $0 for up to 50 orders a month, $19 up to 200, $119 up to 1,500 and $299 up to 3,500 (apps.shopify.com/okendo-reviews, August 25, 2026). On Okendo's own pricing page the full platform, all five products together, runs $105, $417, $933 and $1,497 a month across those same bands, with 10,001+ orders quoted by sales (okendo.io/pricing, August 25, 2026). Both are real prices for different things.
- Does Okendo publish its pricing?
- Yes, more of it than most people credit. The confusion is that okendo.io/pricing loads with its order-volume selector empty, and every price card reads "Custom pricing" until you choose a band. Pick any of the first four bands and the page renders dollar figures for the platform, for three bundles and for each of the five products individually. Only the top band, 10,001+ orders a month, is genuinely quote-only.
- Why is the Shopify App Store price lower than the price on Okendo's website?
- Because they are pricing different things. Okendo has exactly one app on the App Store, and its pricing card is the ladder for Okendo Reviews alone. Compare the numbers and they line up exactly: Reviews on okendo.io is $19, $119 and $299 across the 0 to 200, 201 to 1,500 and 1,501 to 3,500 order bands, which are the App Store's Essential, Growth and Power prices to the dollar. The website's higher figures are the platform bundle of all five products, or Okendo Loyalty, which is priced separately.
- How much does Okendo Loyalty cost?
- On okendo.io/pricing as of August 25, 2026, Okendo Loyalty is $99 a month up to 200 orders, $299 up to 1,500, $699 up to 3,500 and $999 up to 10,000, with 10,001+ quoted by sales. It is the most expensive of the five products by a wide margin, and it is not included in any App Store plan even though the listing is titled "Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty".
- Does Okendo have a free plan or a free trial?
- Both, but only the App Store discloses them. The listing shows a permanent Free plan at $0 for up to 50 orders a month and a 14-day free trial on Essential, Growth and Power. Neither is offered on okendo.io/pricing: the word "trial" does not appear on that page at all, and its four uses of "free" are loyalty reward types in the comparison table plus one unrelated FAQ line. If you want to try Okendo without talking to anyone, the App Store is the only door that is open.
- Is Okendo an annual contract?
- It depends what you buy. Okendo's own billing FAQ states that "Platform and Bundle subscriptions normally require annual terms" while "individual product subscriptions can be purchased on a monthly subscription or on an annual term" (okendo.io/pricing, August 25, 2026). So the platform price is an annual commitment in monthly clothing, and the single-product prices, including the ones on the App Store, are the ones you can actually leave.
- Is Okendo worth it for a small Shopify store?
- For reviews alone, plausibly yes, and the free tier makes it cheap to find out. Reviews keep working at low traffic because they do not need a statistically powered test to justify them. The platform bundle is a different question: at $105 a month under 200 orders you are paying for loyalty, quizzes, referrals and surveys before you have the volume to make any of them pay back.
A note on sources and method. Every price, plan name, order cap and quoted term here was read off okendo.io/pricing or apps.shopify.com/okendo-reviews on August 25, 2026. The vendor prices were captured by loading the page in a browser and selecting each of the five order bands in turn, because the page shows no figures until a band is chosen. The 4.9 rating and 1,328 review count come from the listing's own structured data. We publish no figure for the 10,001+ band or for Okendo Platform Scale because none exists publicly. Confirm your own quote with Okendo before you commit.
