Claim a founding spot before then and your first 3 months are free on any plan, starting the day your store gets access. It is the full product, not a crippled trial, and Shopify handles billing so you enter no card details here. After 90 days the plan you chose starts charging, and you can cancel inside Shopify at any point before that.
What happens when paid plans turn on?
Founding members keep three months free even then, plus a founding price locked for life that never goes up. Nothing is charged until you approve a plan on Shopify's own confirmation screen, and you can cancel inside Shopify before the free months end.
Is there a free plan forever?
